I was hired to build the creative team from the ground up with my creative couple. I screened and hired creatives that fitted the briefs of the clients we were working for. We worked on TV commercials, digital campaigns, social media campaigns, out of home and branding experiences. The consolidation and correct managing of the whole team was crucial to achieve enormous goals for brands like Coca-Cola, Milka, Tang, Pfizer, Corona.

Lead the creative team working on Movistar (communications company). I assigned and followed up on the different orders of each of the members (copywriters, web designers, graphic designers and animators), as well as working on the brief and creative ideas alongside them. We strived to find the best marketing solutions for the client and proposed new creative and innovative ideas to reach and engage with new audiences everyday.

Today, The Network is used by hundreds of CEOs around the world to find their next employees.
